Ever wonder how all those runners participating in the Annual Boston Marathon make it through? Sure, the hours of preparation, mental toughness, and a good pair of running shoes are all important. But what about music? A huge part of a workout routine is the music that accompanies it. Music can motivate and push us to our limits, especially during that 10 mile run. Whether you’ve already started training for next year’s Marathon, or just trying to get through your daily workout, having a good playlist will lead to those extra bursts of energy.
Are you curious about what people listened to while working out in the ‘60s? Grab your sweatbands, dumbbells, and radio, because we’re running back in time to prep for our next workout!

Here at the Verb, we're all about supporting the creative world. From musicians to artists, many have passed through and left their mark. This past weekend, Mery Racauchi, an internationally recognized fashion designer, stayed at the Verb. Born and raised in Argentina, Mery founded her own apparel, footwear, and accessories brand in 2010. She recently moved to New York to take the US fashion scene by storm. We had the opportunity to ask Mery a few questions about herself and the brand, Mery, she has so successfully brought to life.

If you're concerned about where to eat or grab a drink during your next trip to Fenway, you can toss your worries aside. The Fenway neighborhood has some of the most unique, not to mention, historic, restaurants and pubs in all of Boston. We were able to narrow it down to the top 5 with the help of our partners at Lyons Group. They own many of the restaurants in the area, cultivating an authentic dining experience that you won't want to miss.

March is almost over, which means that March Madness is coming to an end! For those who aren’t basketball fans, National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) March Madness is the coverage of the NCAA Division Men’s Basketball Tournament. In honor of March Madness, but with our own Verb twist, we decided to make music fans insane by hosting March Madness Weekend. We’ve dedicated this special weekend (March 22-24) to the musical artist, Madness, and other similar artists. What do all of the following artists have in common? They represent the Ska/New Wave movement!
